Maintenance costs are covered if the property is leased back to the Hotel operator as the 8% rental is a net figure. If the unit is not rented out the cost for the maintenance is approx 0.5 RM per sq.ft.

This is followed by stage payments (30% in total) until completion.
A 70% mortgage will be available on completion. Subject to status.
Construction will start second half of 2008. Construction is scheduled to be finished in 2011.
