Sales at the Trump Ocean Club have been unprecedented for Panama with over 650 units sold already in just a few months. Nevertheless, given that this is the largest Trump building in the world there is still a great opportunity to participate with another 300 units still available.
Condo hotel owners will be offered a rental program for their residences. The rent revenue generated by the holiday homes when owners are not in residence will help defray the costs of ownership. Owners will receive a deed to their condo hotel unit. As with most types of real estate, the owners can sell their property at any time after closing and realize any profits from its appreciated value.
