Rental Programmes
Owners of the apartments at The Pier can join either the 2 year Rental Guarantee Program or the normal shared Rental Pool Program:
Rental Guarantee Program: The 4 year Rental Guarantee program provides a guaranteed return of 6% on the purchase price of the villa for the first 4 years. Owners are still able to use their villa for 28 days per annum.
Rental Pool Program: The Rental Pool program is where you share the actual revenue received by the appointed Resort Management Company. Returns are projected to be higher than the Rental Guarantee program but of course not guaranteed. In addition, owners are able to enjoy up to 60 days usage.
Purchase Details
Construction of The Pier has started and completion is scheduled for February 2009
This is a non-refundable reservation deposit and is due at the time of signing the reservation form. You are given a 21 days to review and sign the sales contract
25% - Land Reservation at the of signing of the sales contract followed by down payments during the construction period.
Ownership is leasehold – offering buyers a 30-year lease with 2 rights of renewal fully registered with the land office. The contract also includes the added clause allowing owners to convert to a freehold title at any time throughout the duration of the lease.
Monthly maintenance fees of approximately 6,000 Thai Baht/1 Bed, 8,000 THB/2 Bed and 10,000 THB/3 Bed will be charged annually
