Due to the popularity of Port Dickson, proximity to Kuala Lumpur and rapid growth of tourist arrivals mainly from Korea, China, Singapore's and Middle East, the developer is offering a guaranteed rental income for 3 years at 8% and thereafter a profit sharing for the subsequent 10 years with 75% to the owner.
