How to Reserve a Unit
On selection of an apartment or penthouse, a 200,000 THB deposit is payable on signing the contract to secure the reservation. This deposit is non-refundable. Once you sign the legal documents, which will be provided or sent to you, you will have 30 days to review and sign these documents.
Payments are then staged throughout the contstruction period.
