Purchase Details
To reserve a residence, there is a US$5,000 deposit, followed by 10% minus the deposit 15 days after the reservations. This is followed by stage payments until completion
Condo hotel construction started on June 2007, construction should be completed on December 2008. Residences construction started on December 2007 and should be completed on June 2009. Lofts construction will start June 2008 and completed on December 2009.
Buyers will hold full title to your property with a publicly recorded deed of sale.
Closing costs are estimated to be less than US$2,000. A resale program will also go into effect when 85% of the building has been sold.
The preferred lender on the project will be HSBC and Scotiabank.
