Purchase Details
The developer has started construction and completion of the entire resort is scheduled for 2012. The 150 condominiums available at 50% discount have already been completed.
A US$10,000 deposit and signed contract is required to secure a unit. In Florida contract/ is hard on condos after 15 days. Closing set for 30-45 days after signing of contract.
All payments will be paid into an escrow account controlled by an independent escrow agent, Cameron, Davis, and Gonzalez.
