Purchase Details

To reserve an individual unit, there is a US$15,000 deposit, followed by 10% at the signing of the Purchase Sale Option Agreement; 20% in 90 days and 70% when the property is completed. The deposit is refundable until the project is officially launched.

Construction will start second half of 2008. The first phase is scheduled to open in 2010.

Closing costs are estimated to be between 1% and 2%.
