Purchase Details

There are 100 properties for sale at a pre-release offer giving buyers three different payment schedules to choose from. These 100 properties will be sold on a strictly first come, first served basis.
- 40% Discount - 50% on exchange of contract and then 15% then 15% with 20% on completion.
- 30% Discount - 20% on exchange of contract then payments of 20% until final 20% on completion.
