Who we are
Hot properties is a well-established company specialising in providing professional & personal expert international property investment advice. Our concept is 'boutique' and we remain a focused real estate agency without the trappings of the large agency mind set, which is driven by sales targets, impersonal and machine-like nature. We have seasoned multilingual staff, with a corporate ethos based on speed, efficiency, integrity, creativity, and professionalism and mindful of our client's best interests.
If we're being simplistic about the whole thing, we're Internet real estate brokers who specialise in selling properties in the pre-construction stages. Roughly translated, that means we sell properties that don't yet exist to people we never actually meet.
For the most part, the property opportunities we represent are not yet built. They're being offered in pre-construction stage, when selection is greatest and buyers can lock in the best price.

If we're not meeting you in person and we have no properties to show you, what exactly does Hot Properties do?
We provide information.
We believe that the single most important factor when you're trying to make a decision on whether to purchase real estate is good information. You need the facts.
You want to know as much as possible about what you're buying. Even if the property has yet to be built, you want to see renderings, hear about the plans, understand all the costs, know the area and more.
And that's where Hot Properties comes in. We excel in providing comprehensive, easy-to-understand, detailed information and analysis.
Only a select few agents focus heavily on seeking out products with genuine investment potential; others seem to take every listing opportunity that comes along, or choose from among the same pool of product providers base on which developers pay the largest commissions.
We are selective

We spend everyday sourcing new property and financial opportunities. This is the core of Hot Properties Worldwide; we are not the average real estate agent, we are experienced professionals sourcing a universe of offerings and bringing you the best possible opportunities.
In addition to the opportunities we identify ourselves and because of our reputation for acting professionally, we are offered a number of deals regularly. This enables us to be extremely selective in our choice of property investments.
Consequently, you will not find hundreds of potential off plan properties or developments on this site. We prefer to recommend a selection of properties which cater to special requirements, including a small number of very desirable investment opportunities which we are absolutely confident will be secure and profitable for our valued clients. Some of our developments will match your criteria, others may not. Whilst this might mean we sell far fewer properties than some of our competitors, our clients value us and use us on a regular, long term basis. We believe in a consultative approach to property investment. You will not be on the receiving end of high-pressure sales calls from our staff and you will be given time to make up your own mind based on the information we have provided to you.
If you work with Hot Properties, you will never have to contend with forceful salespeople. You'll get no strong-arm tactics, just relevant facts.
On the other hand, when you want to talk to us, we are always there to answer any questions you may have. In almost all cases, we will respond to any request within 24 hours (often much quicker). And if we say we will call you back the next day, we always do.
